I have thirty years of corporate experience in eight countries. I have delivered transformational commercial results by implementing solutions that leverage the core strengths of organisations and people. I have inspired and rallied teams to achieve complex strategic projects successfully at Novartis, Switzerland; Cadbury’s, UK; Suntory, Japan; Berkshire Hathaway, US; Hero Honda, India. I was born Indian and am a naturalised Australian, committed to improving the future of our blessed country using my experience to drive action. A leaf from the private sector of maximising value add can be applied to serve higher human purpose.
As a mentor for small businesses at Victorian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and recent role as Director Strategy and Reform for Department of Education, NSW, I realise that we require a system change. This is possible by a grassroots movement, where all hands are on deck to envision and create a happier, healthier, equitable country. The opportunities we have, no other country can match. The advantages in resources and talent we have, no one can match. The fact that our population is small allows us to touch every individual to dream big. I have big ideas to enable Australians to fulfil their dreams.
