I am a practising barrister at law and specialise in human rights. I represent thousands of Australians in my legal practice adversely affected by the mandatory vaccination directions and policies. I am advising 28,000 teachers in NSW and Queensland and firefighters across the country, and 1,800 workers in Western Australia with 680 employers involved. My work has saved 300 Tasmanian warehouse workers their jobs from being restricted by a mandatory vaccination policy. I fought a protracted court battle against the Director of Health for 600 health care workers in Tasmania and won their right for their case to be heard – the case was filed in the Supreme Court of Tasmania and whilst ready to be fought, was unfotunately withdrawn due to financial restraints. I helped high profile AFL Football players who resisted the AFL mandatory vaccination mandates and those who had adverse reactions to the vaccines, and was successful in getting those players back on the field playing football despite the mandatory vaccination directions.
I advocate for and represent people who are harmed or affected by ‘wireless’ electromagnetic radiation from mobile phone towers, small cells and smart metres. I stopped the first wireless mobile phone tower in the Byron Shire in Mullumbimby and advised the Byron Shire Council who in turn implemented a moratorium on of 5G development in the Shire. I convinced other councils across the nation to do the same. My most notable success was halting 2500 TPG facilities from irradiating Australians across the nation on health grounds (see here). I took the NBN to court and forced the Liberal/National Government to allow 2 million Australian homes to be connected to NBN’s safe fibre optic cable instead of dangerous wireless (see here).
I formed the No5G Party (see here) which was recently deregistered as a political party due to changes to the Australian Electoral Act which forced many minor parties to be deregistered. The Australian Federation Party was a savior to the minor parties, establishing a Freedom alliance under its umbrella. My legal experience will place me in a good position in the Senate to scrutinise any laws passed by the major parties in the House of Representatives, and I promise to convince the Senate to reject any law that affects our health and freedoms. I will raise objections loudly to force the media and other Senators to take notice. I am results driven, have a proven track record and will be act as your watchdog in the Senate for the Freedom Movement.
